The partnership is managed by United Way of Greater Cincinnati, with major support provided by the National Fund for Workforce Solutions and local funders

We have come together to coordinate all of the region’s workforce efforts under a common umbrella, set joint priorities, and track our progress. "The future of the economy is in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)," says James Brown, the executive director of the STEM Education Coalition in Washington, D.C. "That’s where the jobs of tomorrow will be." Data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics  support that assertion. Employment in occupations related to STEM is projected to grow to more than 9 million by 2022. One of PCW's major goals is to get area youth interested in STEM careers.
